As an Artist Wellbeing Lead, I work with creative teams to help create a culture encouraging risk, play and fun. This includes creating an inclusive culture and can involve facilitation support, opening and closing team meetings, and check-ins throughout the creative process.
I am also available to work with artists as an Access Support Worker on funding applications, including for Arts Council England. I have worked with artists who identify as disabled and/or who have mental health needs, ADHD, dyslexia, and chronic fatigue and pain.
I work both in person and remotely with artists in London and around England.

Testimonials:
“Tamara’s work is an essential part of any creative project. She provided access & wellbeing support on two projects I produced in 2022. Having an external person that the company could reach out to for support was incredibly valuable throughout the process. Tamara offered 1-1 check-ins for all team members as well as group wellbeing sessions in person, to help us connect and create an open space and dynamic. The support she offers is very warm, flexible and tailored to the needs of the project.”
— Tanya Truman, Producer, London
“Tamara was patient, supportive and responsive to my access needs. She listened well and was able to work in the way that I needed. I felt safe and much less stressed by using Grantium than I have done in the past!”

“Tamara stepped in as an Access Support Worker on a recent submission for an Arts Council England Projects Grant. I found her support extremely helpful. Thanks to her highly structured, knowledgeable, astute and effective input, as well as her warm moral support, she enabled me to submit my application with confidence and in time. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”
